Tooke Instant Flour - 25g

This flour is specially processed so that the starch is already gelatinized, meaning it is “instant” and does not require long cooking. You simply mix it with hot water or milk to prepare quick meals such as porridge or soft dough-based foods.

It is different from raw banana flour because it has already been heat-treated for convenience and faster preparation.
